Arrived about 20 min late from original time span given but called when on his way and was there within that time. They replaced the single spring with a double to reduce torque and strain with single spring on the door. The roller on one side was not turning so had started to cut into the rod so replaced those along w the broken wires with a slightly heavier wire based on door weight. Can’t hear door going up and down now and appears more stable with less shimmy on the way up and down. Thanks for the great work

Found them on Yelp. They did a free estimate. It was best to replace our 20yr old broken garage door. They were the best price for us. We compared them with 2 other quotes. It was an easy decision to use them. Our door came in stock within a week and was installed right away. The tech noticed that the wood part was broken and replaced that also. Nice attention to detail. 90-day warranty on the service, 3 year warranty on the door & parts The whole process was seamless. And educating us on proper garage door care too, was a nice touch for us who lived here for 2 years :) Highly recommend!

Excellent....very punctual, worked fast and neat, answered questions at time of installation of motor and follow up. Able to contact owner for more info and was readily available. Friendly and professional. Showed up on time when scheduled and price was very fair and honest. Was honest about current door I have and future repairs or replacement, did not try to oversell things I did not need at this time. Used quality name brand parts. Family owned business, which I support our local business owners. Also was told to call anytime if any issues arise with current install or other problems. Would highly recommend!!!

Went alot smoother than expected and was very easy to communicate with TJ. TJ seemed very knowledgeable and very professional.

Very nice tech came by and replaced my rollers which were about due. He also serviced and adjusted my doors and checked my belts. He adjusted my second door for free. I will look to them for my future garage door needs.

JTM Garage Door Services did a wonderful job. My old garage door opener died. I called JTM and they scheduled me for the next morning. TJ arrived on time, was courteous and professional. They replaced the opener, installed a new opener and new wall controller and 2 remotes. Installation took about 2 hours as expected. Very happy and would recommend.

Very, very accommodating! Extremely knowledgeable of the product. Told me everything I needed to know, made recommendations and fixed the problem. I will be recommending them to others in the future.

TJ suspected the likely culprit is sun glare on the sensor in the morning (he came in the early evening so it was working at the time of his visit). He was right on - till the sun moves far enough south it will be a problem. He suggested a temporary shield that's working perfectly. He also changed out the bottom cable brackets, which I knew needed replacing. Very nice young man and very thorough when checking everything over. I especially liked that I got a safety checklist showing all that was inspected and condition of everything. All was good!

Excellent! The evening of the 23rd of July, we noticed that the garage door was not operating normally. I called JTM Garage Door Services in the morning and explain the problem with our garage door. He asked if I would be available today the 24th to drop by to inspect the garage door. His garage technician was out on a job but if I was available today he would have (JT) stop by and assess the problem. I agreed, JT called me after he completed his job, assessed the problem and had the garage door working properly. Excellent work!

Great! Josh and JT were knowledgeable, understanding and patient from design suggestions through installations and payment - and their services came at a significant bargain.

He checked it out and made a few adjustments and all was well.

The technician knew what he was doing, went about his job with care and explaining what he was doing as he worked! Very satisfied with his diligence making sure he did the job completely and correctly! I believe his work ethic was above reproach and his knowledge of what needed to be done to complete the job was great. Based on his performance I would have to say I would recommend the company he works for to anyone that needs work done on their garage door problems. Wonderful experience and a great job fixing the problems I was having.
