+ -1 moreSTEVE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, EVEN WORKED ME IN HIS SCHEDULE ON SHORT NOTICE. HE DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME PARTS OR SERVICE I DIDN'T NEED. HE SUGGESTED I START SAVING MONEY DUE TO THE AGE OF THE UNIT. HE ENCOURAGED ME TO START HAVING THE UNIT CHECKED AND SERVICED EVERY YEAR TO KEEP THE UNIT RUNNING AT AN OPTIMUM LEVEL. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIS SUGGESTIONS AND EXPLANATIONS ABOUT MY A/C UNIT. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Description of Work: STEVE CAME TO THE HOUSE TO CHECK OUT MY A/C. I HAD A LEAK THAT CAUSED DAMAGE TO MY BATHROOM CEILING. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM, FIXED IT AND SAID THAT FOR AN A/C UNIT OF 30+ YEARS I HAD GOTTEN MY MONEY'S WORTH FROM IT.
