THEY USED VERY LONG NAILS TO INSTALL THE CHAIR RAIL, AND WHEN I SLID OPEN MY WALK-IN CLOSET DOOR, IT WAS BLOCKED AND SCRATCHED BY THE NAILS. I HAD TO REPLACE THE NAILS WITH SHORTER ONES, RE-HANG THE CHAIR RAIL, AND PAINT THE DOOR. I WOULD THINK A HANDYMAN WOULD KNOW BETTER. I ALSO THINK THE PRICE OF $225 WAS EXCESSIVE FOR AN HOUR'S WORTH OF WORK. AS FAR AS THE STUCCO REPAIR, THEY USED CAULKING INSTEAD OF CEMENT, AND CHARGED ME $50 FOR IT BECAUSE MY HOA WAS GOING TO REIMBURSE ME. IT TOOK THEM A TOTAL OF 15 MINUTES TO DO THAT. I HAD TO ARGUE TO GET REIMBURSED FROM MY HOA, AND WAS ANGRY BECAUSE KARL TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION IN THE FIRST PLACE.
