Recently moved to the area so I'm not up on what pests are in this area and needed someone to advise me on pest control. Joe, the owner, is very polite and knowledgeable and told me what I need to watch for concerning pests. We walked around the home and he pointed out areas that I need to seal better to help keep out the critters. He sprayed inside and out around the home and the perimeter block wall. Advised me that I probably only need him to come every other month since the spray he uses only starts to lose its potency after around 10 weeks and that since I have no evidence of any infestations it would be overkill to spray every month. His charge to spray and put down glue traps in the garage on a bimonthly basis is $50/visit.
