About us
We are a family owned business and have over 40 years experience in this business. We travel valleywide, 6 days a week & do not charge an extra trip or fuel charge. The majority of our business is dependant on our repeat customers that have been with us over the years & we always welcome new customers & strive to keep them as repeat customers as well. We warranty our parts for 5 years & have not raised our prices in over 4 years, in order to stay above our competition. We beleive that our service call fee of $70 is by far less expensive than any other competitior specializing in this line of work. Watering your lawn, plants, trees & gardens while conserving as much water as possible is our specialty and we are extremely efficient at finding leaks in your underground lines, that are not visible on the ground. We can handle any project that has to do with your outdoor water sources. We accept cash of course, as well as checks, debit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express credit cards for payment at the time our services are completed. We are very proud to be celebrating our 14th year in business !!

I hired Lee based on the reviews on Angie's List, and I have to say that I couldn't be more pleased with their work. When Lee and Paul came for the free estimate, I could just tell by the way they talked and investigated the old existing irrigation system that they knew what they were doing. I agreed that adding two new lines (one for shrubs and one for trees) was more time & cost efficient than digging up the backyard to find where the previous resident capped off those lines to put in a grass line. They were efficient, gave me plenty of spaghetti lines above ground for future use, left the yard like they found it, and even programmed my Hunter. If you hire these guys, I don't think you're going to be disappointed.

"While we do truly regret this entire situation AND having our first and only complaint in 12 years of business. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO READ BOTH OF OUR REPORTS ON THE BBB SITE! There are NUMEROUS details left out here, including the fact that we made 5 trips at no charge in trying to resolve this for you!! The leaks that you experienced after we installed your new system were NOT any part of the new system we installed and were actually on a line located in a totally separate area from the old system that we did deactivate. It was an old line, on it's own separate valve - in an area that was totally separate from any area that we worked in and was NEVER encountered by us at anytime. Nor was it in the area that you described to us when reporting the problem. WE checked our new system thoroughly each time we visited your property. It was never encountered by us while we were at your property and was never active or running at anytime we were there ~ not while we were installing your new system and not even on the 5 free trips we made out there afterwards trying to find the problem you reported! It was NEVER active or running at anytime we were on your property. It had to be found & activated by someone on your property within a week or two after you left town. WE also would have been more than happy to meet with you when you returned to town, instead of you hiring anyone else. That was your decision to do - because in the very beginning of this mess - you became very aggravated with me on the phone because that I told you all correspondence goes thru me in the office & I refused to give you personal cell phone #'s for any of my employees that had visited your property in trying to resolve this problem.~ and you hung up on me! Even after that ~ I still had one employee call you, in hopes of resolving this & he told you the same things I had told you. I also advised you several times after that (in e-mails because you refused to call me ) that our warranty clearly states that anyone attempting repairs on our system voids your parts warranty. This is the reason your warranty is void - not because you asked for any reimbursement or because you filed complaints with this site as well as the BBB. Again - I am truly sorry for this unfortunate situation but I believe that we did everything we could have in trying to resolve this for you. You refused to have us meet you out there when you returned and insisted on hiring someone else. Then you still requested that we come out after that and fix the problem AND WE DID THAT TOO ! The $215 you are asking reimbursement for is no where near the cost I endured in trying to resolve this for you. I could go on and on - but I believe that it is truly pointless, as this whole mess was obviously derived because of a personal conflict you had with me from the very beginning and not anything my crew had done. I DO regret that it ended like this, but I had done everything I could and then some, in trying to resolve this for you before you felt you had to file a complaint anywhere.
