Job went fantastic. They were on time and finished the job in less than the time specified. Cleaned up any left over parts etc. We have had Davis Plumbing do jobs for us before and they have always been great to work with. Highly recommend!!!

All faucets fixed, and he showed me how to fix the shower head (soak it in vinegar) which also solved the problem.

It went great! They were extremely helpful and professional. Other places quoted us thousands of dollars to rip up our bathroom and replace the tub without even really doing an assessment of the situation.

Aaron came out and introduced himself. he asked again what the problem was and I filled him in and showed him to the bathroom. He asked a few more questions and then went to the truck to get his tools. he spent a little over an hour and then told me what he had done and that I shouldn't have any more issues. The toilet had not been seated properly when it was installed as the floor tiles were uneven, which he fixed. He was pleasant, professional, and answered all my questions with facts, not opinions.
Because of Aaron I will be using this company for any other plumbing issues that come up in the future.

We have used Davis Plumbing since the mid 1990’s. I don’t remember what the issue was on our first call to Davis Plumbing, but Mr Davis fixed something that had not been done right and because he felt bad that another plumber had not given us proper service. He gave us a generous break on the cost. Needless to say, we were very impressed with that kind of genuine concern and integrity and we have used them exclusively since. They are not the cheapest plumbers and neither are they more expensive, but they are most definitely an excellent value. Quality and integrity are not just goals they strive for, it’s what they do. We had called them a dozen times before moving to Queen Creek & then Gilbert for 6-7 years when we had home warranties. But upon moving back to our Mesa home it was not long before we had to call them again. We had the guest bathroom remodeled and they warned us against installing the $195 shower panel which we got 2 months prior and could not return. Sure enough, within 2 years it literally went to crap and we would have been better to have sold it, or even threw it way. Mr Davis came out on a Monday and gave us a quote of $350 to reinstall regular hardware which included tearing out the wall in back of the shower. I had told him that the regular plumbing was still there, but he doubted it based on what he saw. I also asked him about installing a water softener again (he installed one we bought from Sears when we first moved in) or a whole house filter. He explained the different types, pro’s and cons, and even has one himself. But based on our options and desires, his final determination was “I don’t know if I would do that. I’m not sure it would be worth it to you” gently implying he would not. He did not make any attempt whatsoever to sell us anything or to do more work. On the following Monday his son Aaron came out to do the repair. He was over an hour late. In my experience, it has not been unusual for them to be 15-45 minutes late as the day goes by. Plumbers always build in a little extra time for the unforeseen, but sometimes it goes beyond that. Understandably, that upsets some people, and I am usually one of those people. But I have learned that they can either do it right and be late to the next appointment (like me) when the unforeseen happens, or they can rush through it to please both customers - and hope they did it right. Take our problem for example. The plumbing was not as I thought or what I had told Mr Davis. While Mr. Davis suspected otherwise, he had no idea how much "otherwise". The manner in which the shower/tub system was installed was not standard and neither was the plumbing. Mr Davis had to come and help Aaron so he would not be further delayed to his last job. The job still took longer than it should have and Aaron left to his final appointment at 5:50pm. The final bill: $380. Only $30 more than the estimate and it probably should have been more. Thankfully, he did not rush through it to get to his next job, or to get home before the late evening. Nonetheless, two days later on Wednesday evening just before bed, we discovered a slow leak in the wall a couple feet to the right of where Aaron had replaced and repaired the shower plumbing. The next day my wife reminded me to call at 11:27. Aaron arrived at 3:30 on the dot. After cutting out more drywall, Aaron showed my wife what the problem was and it was stunningly obvious to even a non-plumber that the piping was not connected right. We were charged $103 or $93.65 after Angie’s List 10% discount. Had I been there, I would not have used the discount this time either since I believe he had undercharged us for fixing someone else’s error again. So if they are not on time, the reason may be to your benefit - in the long run. Again, they are not the cheapest plumbers, but they were way cheaper than the discount plumber who did the work the first time.

We called the company ("a wild dogs name" Plumbing) that installed the HW tank 15 months ago, leaving a message Saturday evening. I expected a call to obtain more information and schedule and urgent repair. After no response by Sunday morning, we looked on Angie's list for another pluming company and found Davis. We called and left a message. Aaron called back and within 2 hours he arrived, repaired the tank and was gone. A few hours latter the original company called and I told them they lost a customer they we will now use Davis for all our plumbing needs. We even got a 10% Angie's member discount, Thanks Angie and Davis plumbing. Jim in Apache Junction

This is the third time I have used this company and I will use them again. Each time, a family member serviced my house.
The first time was approximately three years ago when I had a dire emergency water leak in my kitchen--hot water was leaking in high volumes from under my sink into my kitchen. The turn off water faucets were stuck, so I could not turn off the water. This company did not know me, but they diverted a plumber to my house within 5 minutes. Wow. Problem was fixed effectively (to this day). Price was fair considering the parts and work completed.
The second time I employed this company, the owner, Kirk, completed the service. This time it was a pipe that was leaking outside the house. Kirk informed/educated me of each issue as he was encountering/completing it. I was extremely impressed with his work ethic and diligence. Again, the work was completed efficiently and effectively.
This time, I noticed a leaking pipe in my laundry room. I called Davis at 7:15am. The repair person immediately answered and asked questions. We agreed it was not an emergency. He told me that the office manager would call me after 8am...AND the Manager called me a few minutes after 8AM. GREAT SERVICE. She again confirmed it was not an emergency and we agreed to an appt. btw 2-4pm--same day. At 2 pm, Davis Plumbing was at my door! He examined the "leak" and determined it was a loose connection with the water softener. He tightened the connection the leak stopped. Davis did not charge me for this service call. Great Company.

The work was done with dispatch. The disposal seem to contribute to the problem. A leak was found and after a discussion of the pros and cons of using a disposal with a septic system we decided to have it removed. Even though he had to make a return trip, there was only one service charge. I am not sure what the going rate should be, but for the work done it seemed fair. All who I spoke to and was serviced by were very polite, courteous and professional. They are on my home list.

Our water heater went out suddenly and the company came out quickly and on time to replace it. They were clean and efficient.
Then we found that our hot water circulation system also died and Davis returned the next day to replace it. We were very pleased with their work even though the repairs were unexpected and inconvenient. Davis made the process easy!!
