I own the #1 producing boutique real estate brokerage in the Southeast Valley. With that, my agents and I routinely referred clients who need septic services to Cooper’s Sewer & Drain. Additionally, they provided maintenance to the septic system in my own home. Until today. Unfortunately, a client of my brokerage has failed to make payment for services rendered on their property, through no fault of my own. I did not hire Cooper’s to perform work on my clients property and have zero responsibility for making payment to Cooper’s. That responsibility falls squarely on the client. Unfortunately, Cooper’s account, Vince De Sotomayor, does not not understand the concept of financial responsibility and sent an email to me threatening the reputation of my business for something I have no part in. Needless to say, not I only will I no longer use this company at my own home, I will also never recommend them to another client or neighbor. If you want to be paid, go threaten the person who owes you the money. Leave me and my business out of it. Vince, it’s now your company that will be reported to the BBB, along with negative reviews on every platform I can find.

Everything went well. Spoke with the receptionist, who said someone will be there in 3 hours. I wanted to have the septic pumped out asap. Cooper's sewer and drain charges were $575 for pumping a 2,500 gallon tank, $60 per hour for locating. Filter cleaned for no additional charge. They said that they dont have to do a Blue stake or call another locating service to find the tank. They will be able to come in about 3 hours. Jerry did, used my garden hose and a tool to locate the tank in less than an hour. Began pumping about half hour later.
My first option was to go with "A American septic" as they had the most positive reviews. In fact I fixed an appointment, but their insistence on having another company locate the septic tank delayed the appointment by two days. I called around and found Cooper's sewer and drain. I saved $225, if I were to use the top reviewed business "A American septic" because they wanted to use locating service. Saved another $95 for cleaning filter and the best, no waiting. Jerry suggested I install a PVC riser, just a heavy guage 6 inch PVC pipe about 20" long with a cap. Two of those was $60. Next time I dont have to have someone dig to find the cap. So shop around folks! There may be other businesses with less positive reviews, who can turn out to be economical.

We called asking for help with our bathroom facilities, that seemed to be backing up. It was 4:45pm and the receptionist asked if we could wait until the morning. I explained that we couldn't, we needed access to the bathrooms and could they help us ASAP. She explained that we would be required to pay the driver an extra $50 for the after hours appointment and I said that would be OK. The technician came promptly and did his work quickly and advised us of the problem and suggested some helpful tips to perhaps avoid the problem again.
We were satisfied with the service and would certainly call them again.

Scheduling was easy and prompt. The technician arrived when expected and was friendly and courteous. We purchased our home two years ago, so this was my first experience with septic tank service/pumping. The technician worked hard to get as much pumped out of the tank as possible and in addition educated me on the various aspects of septic tanks. I had a question he was unable to answer, so he called the owner and asked him. Based on the information provided, I learned that there had to be an additional cap under the ground that needed to be located and a filter that needed to be cleaned. I was able to locate the other cap and clean the filter on my own, which saved me some money, so I appreciate the information they provided and I will definitely be calling them again in 2-3 years when it is time to have the tank pumped again.

The company's response was great, arrived less than an hour after our phone call to the company.
He spent 3 hours at our home, digging and rootering to get to the problem and solving it to our complete satisfaction. Located inlet riser 12and quot; under ground. Unplugged riser from roots. Removed old riser and cleared roots at inlet. Installed new 6and quot; riser to ground level. Cleaned up and did a good job at that. Everything was back to normal and running freely. He advised us on trees, etc, to clear to prevent further damage and blockages.
We used Cooper's Sewer and Drain on a prior occasion, the last was about a year ago and were also satisfied with the effort, the attitude, politeness and the service at that time, as well.

We just bought a house and the seller was supposed to provide the septic report, but they didn't. The seller was a bank so they weren't willing to pay for it after the fact either, so we had to take care of it ourselves. We called Cooper's, and they came out within a day or 2. They did a fine job. The work was done professionally with no problem. Their initial estimate was $460 and it ended up only costing $355. They were supposed to show up between 10-12 and it ended up being more like 12:30 but no big deal.

Having only lived in a new house for less than three years, I had not expected the septic tank to fill so quickly (I won't go into detail how we discovered this - it wasn't pretty). I called Cooper and they sent someone out the same day. The technician noted that the outlets that he needed to access were buried under several feet of dirt but he quickly found them, dug down with a shovel to access the outlets, and was able to quickly drain the septic tank. He also noted the clogged filter and provided some good recommendations for installing risers and performing annual maintenance. I was very happy with the service, professionalism, and a quick end to this messy crisis.

I think that he did a good service. He was timely. He was polite. I liked that he is a local company. We thought that we would have to empty the septic tank. He saved us from having the tank pumped. All of the drains run beautifully, now.

They are always on time and they are very neat. They had to dig out yard to get to the pipe and when they were done everything was put back the way they found it. They are very clean and they do everything very efficiently.
