1) The owner Rod acted promptly to my request. 2) His price was very competitive among the 3 quotes I got. In the job proposal, he described in details about what to be done and also offered 5 year warrenty which is very important to me.3) I searched on ServiceMagic and he got a lot of reviews and most of them are positive.4) I live quite far from the rental property so I called my tenant to find out more information. The tenant said a crew of 4 was working on the roof starting from early morning and they worked for 2 days to finish it. So you know they didn't rush to get the job done.5) In order for me to see the process and understand the leaking problem. I am very happy he did that for me. Before I don't understand why my roof was leaking. After I saw the rotted and curled up underlayment, I understand why the underlayment needs to be replaced. 6) I will follow up later after it rains to keep you posted if the leaking problem stops. So far, the tenant who has keeping me to change the roof is happy with it.
