+ -1 moreAfter tech left house continued to not cool below 82 degrees. Called another A rated company on Angieslist AC Guys who came next day and found unit 1 lb low on Freon. Added Freon and system cooling properly.
Description of Work: Came out as provider for American Home Shield warranty company. Was there for 15 minutes and said everything was fine with AC unit.

Description of Work: Twice he said there was no leak in the indoor Coil. |Because I was selling the house, I had two other company's check it. |Both said there was a leak. ( I have statements ). |I have his statement saying there isn't a leak! |What would you believe? | |I do not want buyer coming after me in six months to repair a problem with the coil.

+ -1 moreThey are very honest, I've used them twice now, three times maybe. and they are fair priced. They didn't just fix the problem, they advised me about preventative maintenance to avoid future problems. Once we had a leak above the house and they fixed it and advised us how to avoid it recurring.
Description of Work: Comfort Conditioning came out and did some work on our air conditioning.

Description of Work: Under insurance. A/C unit was not working properly. Also, found other issues and fixed them.

+ -1 moreThey came out after Alaskan was in my home the pump went out and I called American Home Shield who is my home warranty Comfort Conditioning. They were very prompt and contacted us were able to fix it right away and cheerfully might I add.
Description of Work: After one company had been in to add unecessary Vero-Ice, this company came in replaced a pump.
