Code Red Appliance Service

Code Red Appliance Service is as good as they come.   I had a new built-in Jenn Air Fridge that had a misaligned freezer and French doors.   Code Red is a Jenn Air authorized repair company.   They came out to my home only a few days after calling them with the work order.  They did the necessary research on my fridge model and saw that the installation people had not removed the packing screws causing the French doors to be misaligned.  The freezer door was also lower on one side than the other.  The sliding brackets holding the door had been bent during transit.  So Code Red ordered new brackets and replaced them with the original ones.   Fridge now looks great.  I recommend Code Red highly.

This repair was a warranty repair for a Whirlpool upright freezer so the company was suggested by Whirlpool. I called Whirlpool on Saturday and they gave me an all day appointment for the following Wednesday. Since I knew I could only be home from 11am I called Code Red on the Monday to ask about specifying a smaller time window. They were responsive to my request and said that I would be called on Tuesday with the time window. When I didn't hear from them on Tuesday I called Wednesday morning. They gave me a window of 2-5pm. When asked why they didn't cal they said there was no phone number in my record. I know I gave Whirlpool all my numbers so I will assume that this information did not get transferred to Code Red. When the tech arrived he immediately found the problem (a defrost timer that was not working. He had a new one in his truck and he replaced this and defrosted the ice buildup on the freezer. It is now working wonderfully. I do not know how much this should have cost if it was not a warranty repair.

Kyle was fast and very pleasant. He also gave us advice on our intermittent ice maker problem. Will use them again.

It went fine. They were on time and they did a good job.

Came out to fix my dishwasher. Did a great job and it works.

The dishwasher required probably 3 visits due to problems with the soap dispenser; the oven one or two visits, and the refrigerator is an on-going problem because of the air damper. In each instance the service has been excellent: punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about how to deal with KitchenAid and manufacturer issues.

THE CAME OUT QUICKLY. FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THEY WERE POLITE AND I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDER.

ONLY CHARGED DRIVE OUT FEE. VERY PLEASANT. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
