Clean Valley Services

Initially, services were strong and cleaning extended beyond routine, but in last two months or so, cleaning has been less extensive. Floors appear to be damped mopped, at most. Many tabletop items, bed frames, etc do not appear to be dusted. Baseboards are not cleaned now; nor are tops of door frames, light fixtures, etc. While the price is right, the service is not and I will be exploring other options.

The initial cleaning - with a different person in charge - was great. The subsequent ones were cursory and careless.

They arrived on time on a Saturday to do a thorough cleaning of our 3100 sq. ft. house. They worked very hard for over 3 hours. The house looked wonderful. Robin will be returning every two weeks to clean the house for $95 which is very reasonable. She is worth every penny!

Overall I felt that Robin was unnecessarily rude and didn't live up to her commitment. I was very flexible about the price, but she had decided that 2 1/2 hours was all she needed to clean my home. I have 3 dogs and tons of dust. I didn't think it could be done in that time, but she was aware that my concern was a clean home. I didn't care about her other clients. She said they had 4,000 sq ft homes. Mine is 2200 sq ft. I was very disappointed in her attitude and her sarcasm, which bordered on nasty. I don't expect that from someone in my home. Robin can be charming, but I don't trust her word, and would never recommend her.

Robin and her employees do an excellent job of cleaning our house on a weekly basis. They especially help us with our dust situation as we live in a home with all tile floors located at the edge of the desert on a dirt road. They are extremely thorough and helpful and we appreciate all of their hard work!

Clean Valley Services is a great company! They are always right on time and neat in appearance. The girls are friendly and willing to help and always do anything I ask of them, even beyond their normal duties.

Excellent!

I had another service for some time and had become dissatified with the work they were doing. Robin and her mother did an excellent job on my kitchen and my glass shower was spotless. The only thing I was concerned about was that their vaccum cleaner did not work well and they asked to borrow mine and they didn't have an extension to dust my fan blades but said they would get it done the next time.

Donna and Robin, a mother/daughter team arrived on time, walked through the house to see if I wanted anything that was out of the norm. They got to work right away, asking first if certain products that they used were OK with me. They also understand that they can't do regular dusting with a featherduster here in AZ, the dust is too sandy to respond to such a light touch, that pleased me, since feathers just move the dust around. I had a previous cleaning team that I was not happy with, so I was planning on really checking this team out. They couldn't have pleased me more, and made me realize just how BAD the previous team was! I'm still wandering around saying to my husband, "Did you see this? Wow, it's so clean...they are really great". I can't wait until they come back!

Kristi & Robin do an excellent job. I found the company on Angie's List and contacted Kristi. The initial deep cleaning cost $150. I was so satisfied I asked her to clean every other week. The charge for that is $75. I've been looking for someone to do housecleaning for almost 6 months and am glad I found Clean Valley Services. She does a great job.
