As mentioned in the details above, we put up with several visits from a number of companies attempting to solve this issue with one A/C unit. These companies never suggested a dye test or any other diagnostic test that would have properly determined the issue. Not only did these companies never fix the problem, they actually replaced the outside unit once and were about to do it again when I called Baird Mechanical.
Keith and Sean were able to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly and effectively. They were extremely professional, straight-forward and I would recommend them to anyone who has an A/C need. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but after all the headaches we put up with dealing with that issue, I wanted people to know there is a great option out there for these types of problems.
