Started out ok (when business owner Dusty came), but when he turned job over to his staff after a few weeks, terrible. Staff neglected vacuuming, opting for netting debris or spreading it around--then LYING about it. ALSO WE WERE OVERCHARGED $30 from the stated estimate of $90; upon inquiry, was told chems aren't included, & the ones they use are superior. Leslie's called that nonsense. Finally they left our gate unlocked.

Ray was running late on his promise to give us a bid and it was dark. He came out anyway (after a full days work) and we were able to get enough information to him to provide a bid. His bid arrived within 5 days as promised. The work looks excellent and Ray was here with his crew every day that he said and was able to finish the job as promised. Clean up was excellent.
