It cut down the bird population somewhat, but not off my back deck in the backyard. He told me that it was under a ten year warranty and that he would come back out to do additional work to rid the back of birds. Never happened! He stopped answering his phone and returning my voicemails. His web page also appears to be offline. Shady guy. Don't recommend doing business with him. His name is Arron.
