This year when the heavy rains started (April?) I had a lot of water in the room, with plastic containers all over to catch the rain. It happened more than once. The owner said there was nothing she could do, that she took the job because she "felt sorry for" me!! She did not honor her word about the two year warranty. I ended up using another company who insulated the AZ room from above and covered it entirely with new sloping roof.
I filed a complaint with the AZ Register of Contractors and waiting to see what happens with a refund.

WE CALLED AND SET UP AN APPT. THEY CAME OUT AND HELPED US TO MAKE A DECISION AS TO WHAT WE WANTED. THEY PLACED THE ORDER AND CAME OUT AND INSTALLED AS SOON AS IT CAME IN.
