I met with Wayne today and I was provided with a AC/HVAC assessment in a timely and effective manner. The company kept me up to date on arrival, estimated cost, and what to expect from the service. My A/C failed on a Saturday but my Warranty company only works on business days, but within 3 days this company arrived and got me up and running with A/C again. I also had my Air Ducts cleaned 3 days later and they did excellent work. Very informative on explaining to detail of the work that was performed very professional, thanks guys great job.

My AC failed in August. Called All Metro Air and Wayne Shipman came out and within a couple of minutes had found the problem and replaced the part. He was very professional and explained about what was faulty. He also checked my other unit to make sure the same problem wasn't on that unit. I will definitely hire them again for any future AC needs.

The technician was very focused on what was only necessary to get my two units inspected and repaired if required. One had a slight issue and he repaired it only after discussing it with me and offering me options which was appreciated. He went the extra mile in the Arizona heat to ensure my units were good to go!

I m extremely disappointed in their customer service as well as follow thru. It was all about the sale. Job is still not completed. Left numerous emails and messages for completion updates. My requests for the past week have been ignored. It has been almost 2 months since the original installation, but it is still not complete. I paid in full promptly when requested, with the expectation of a completed job as promised. I will report this to the Arizona BBB as well as the Az. Registrar of Contractors.

"We apologize for the miscommunication. Your job was complete. The wireless component was inside the system and was activated and ready to use. Our install came specifically asked your wife if she wanted them to show her how to use it and she declined stating that you would be able to figure it out. The email address that you were using could not receive emails just send emails the correct email address and the office phone number was on the emails once again we apologize we do appreciate your business. Thank you."

Very disappointed, he was aggressive and did not really do anything except try to tell me that I needed to spend $300.00 for a part that, as I found out later, was not needed, and tried to sell me an extended warranty. I called in another company and paid again to have another inspection done.

I only gave a 4.5 in areas because I did not any other reference. They we very courteous and professional. Took pictures of the unit to show me. I will definitely hire again in the future.

They sent their comfort advisor to our home @9pm on a Saturday. Friendly,knowledgeable and very patient. He walked my wife and I through the whole process. He did not try to sell us anything that we did not need.The installation crew were neat clean and respectful. They kept us informed throughout the process and set up our Wi-Fi thermostat for us. They did an excellent job on the cleanup. I would highly recommend ALL METRO AIR CONDITIONING.Their attention to details Customer service far exceeded our expectations.

Heat Pump Repair or Service
Responded before I had finished picking out a pro. Came next day to start working on the heat pump. Explained everything he was doing., and how a heat pump works. Very educational. Gave me a breakdown of all he recommended to do to entire system. Each visit Wayne was always on the time he promised. I feel he did a professionable job that I did not need to go back and correct shoddy work as I have experienced with other service contractors. I highly recommend "All Metro Air Conditioning."

Wayne Shipman called me within a minute of when I submitted the request to Home Advisor for an air conditioner checkup. I received and email when he was on his way to our home and he arrived on time. Wayne is very professional and was a real pleasure to deal with. The price for the checkup was very reasonable and we did sign up for a maintenance program. I would highly recommend All Metro Air Conditioning.
