They are very dependable and show up on time. The fact that he’s willing to travel to the other town, which is 50 miles away, is important to us. We feel that their prices are appropriate. They’ve done very good work. They are very pleasant people.

I heard the air conditioner's fan going but looked at the thermosat and it said 96 degrees. I called and he came out pretty quickly.
He did not have the part. He said he would be back in an hour or 2 but I was leaving. He came back the next day and fixed the air conditioner
I went away for the weekend and came home to a hot house. I called on Monday morning and he came out a short while later. He got the air running. He said there was nothing wrong- maybe there was a power outage while I was away. He didn't charge me.
That was a month ago and Ihave not had any problem
