If you are looking for a company that is honest, diligent, detailed oriented, fairly priced- look no further. My husband and I interviewed EIGHT different companies/GC?s for this job on our master bath remodel. When we met Mark, we knew pretty quickly that he was going to be the right fit for us. He was not pushy, he asked a ton of questions, walked us through the process step by step and he made sure to explain all of our options! He took the time to make sure the job was done right- I?ve never seen so much self accountability from a GC in all my years of home ownership. There was no cutting corners (which is almost unheard of when it comes to anything to do with home remodel) West Valley Remodle has our business for life. If we didn?t have a baby due in a few weeks- I would have him start in our other bathroom! Thank you so much Mark for going above and beyond!

This contractor (Mark Nava / West Valley Remodeling LLC) was hired to install ONYX in a master shower. I personally did all of the demo, plumbing, electrical and backer board. He was hired to simply properly cut and install the finish material. From the beginning I stress "quality over speed". I wanted the "best possible job". He did FAR from that! The panels were not scribed for a tight fit. Even after I became emotional after the second panel poorly cut panel, he continued to do the same level of D quality work. I FIRED him before he could make more mistakes. Now I have to remove some of his work and re-install. Thankfully, I have extra panel material and tile. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY or PERSON! He does NOT care about quality. He SHOULD NOT be doing any work. He can barely get in and out of his vehicle. Unfortunately, the file size of my photos is too large to upload. Mark was very hands-on from my first phone call. He was dedicated to getting me exactly what I wanted. Mark went above and beyond and his work was excellent. I would have no qualms recommending him to anyone

We needed a full bathroom remodel and were referred to West Valley Remodeling. Mark and his crew did a wonderful job and our new bathroom looks beautiful. Excellent in every way. Professional and friendly. Felt very comfortable with them in our house. They keep you in the loop as to what the plan is everyday and keep the work areas as clean as possible. The result of the work exceeded expectations. Very fair price for work done. Would highly recommend.

Mark did a wonderful job. My place looks incredible. He was able to correct mistakes another remodeler did a few years ago. Additionally, Mark is able to solve problems encountered on the fly. He knows when to bring in trades for specialty services, and will brainstorm with you if you have some knowledge of options to try. Heâ s not afraid to try a different approach or subcontractor if one isnâ t working as well as anticipated. One tip for success: Mark and I worked against a scope document I developed that detailed what I wanted done and where, and the priority I had for it. We reviewed this list at the beginning of the project and several times during. He would make suggestions as to what might be better to bundle with other tasks vs doing them separately later in the project. The more detail you can provide, the better the outcome. The collaboration and communication between client and contractor is critical to success and Mark is terrific at it. Markâ s number one focus is to make sure his customers are happy. I will definitely use Mark again and recommend him highly.

Priced right, finished on time, kept area clean as possible. Always communicated what to expect.

He gave me a time frame that the project would be started and completed, he did it in that exact time frame. He worked very clean and his quality of work is excellent. He is very accomadating. The price he quoted was exactly the same for our project.
