Fernando came to bid job. Sent bid.. following day came with his cousin. Replaced eight blanks from my material. Realized discoloration due to sun of surrounding floor. Stated that he could stain surrounding floor so it would all match and would return following day but needed to be paid the 733.46. I paid though his PayPal. Following day arrived late. Taped and Sanded floors and stained floors Following day arrived late realized the stain was wrong and informed us that he would need to remove stain, stating he should have taken a blank and tested it before using that stain. Arrived after the weekend following Monday and brought large sander, spent al day with loud sander. Stated he would return following day to stain. Following day informed me he had another job and that his cousin was coming to stain with his wife, so she could help put furniture back. His cousin came and his wife and baby sat in the car while he stained the floors. Upon inspection I realized the floors were destroyed. I contacted Fernando and he said he would be there following morning. He arrived late said that he was truly sorry and would replace flooring. He called around and informed us that the maker of our engineered wood floors had been discontinued. But a company he spoke to would send him a sample. He and his cousin put furniture back in place. He informed me that he was very sorry but he would make it right. I called him a week later and he informed me that he hadn’t received the sample but was going to a couple of places to get samples and would bring them on Wednesday morning. I sent him a text with Floor Decor that had the perfect match. Wednesday he texted stating he had another job and would be there by noon. In the afternoon he sent me a text stating that he was sorry but he could not finish the floors. I’ve included the text to you with pictures of my floors.

Second time I’ve used these guys and n they he past month. They are amazing. The job was completed in a timely manner. Their prices are very competitive. They did a wonderful job and left the site spotless after completing the project. I would highly recommend them, I will only use them going forward for any LVP installation projects
