About us

I have been working in the real estate appraisal business since 2003. In 2008 I started my own business with many clients including Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, VA, and many other lending institutions. In addition to working with lenders, I also specialize in non-lending appraisals including, estate, divorce, private party sale, listings, or if you are just interested in an ACCURATE opinion of the current (or past) market value.
