It was wonderful. They come quickly, and he always fixes everything as soon as he can. He's not very expensive.

My a/c broke on a very hot holiday weekend. I called Long Mechanical and Todd came out that evening. He was very polite and immediately found the problem with my unit. He found the parts necessary to fix my unit in Memphis and was back at my house at 8:30 the next morning to fix my unit. He was very professional and completed the work quickly. I haven't had any problems. It is nice to know that they respond so quickly.
Description of Work: I have used Long Mechanical several times in the past 3 years. The last time I had my central A/C repaired. They have always been punctual and even came out on holiday weekend to look at my a/c. Very polite and and worked very quickly to get the parts needed to fix my unit. I will definitely use them again and I would recommend them highly.
