"Thank You so much for the great review. We try really hard to get repairs done in a timely fashion. We are a very busy shop and in this line of work, many times you run into unforeseen problems, i.e. rusted, corroded, bent parts that take longer to fix. Many times this puts us behind schedule, but we really appreciate our customers understanding when this happens. We have been here many years and look forward to many more. We try to do great work at a fair price, we understand that the customer is the boss, without the customer we are fired, we are not needed. Again, Thank You so much."

Quality work makes lasting customers, it makes no difference if you are a customer from next door, or 3,000 miles away, the price is the same. We receive cards and letters from all over the USA from people we have helped along the way. I have been taken advantage of at shops all over while on vacation and it is so unfair. I once had to pay $42.00 to have the air equalized in my tires to turn off my tire monitor light while on vacation in Florida. Just because the tech saw my Arkansas license plate. So unfair, we will never be one of those shops."
