WILSON'S SEPTIC TANK & GREASE

We realized are septic tank was overflowing and my wife called Wilson's to come out and give us a quote for services. He said it shouldn't be much more than a couple of hundred dollars to fix the problem but would let us know. When my wife got home he said he pumped the tank - $250, installed a new pump and new wires - $350, and jetted out the lines - $200. He did not give us a quote but went ahead and did all the work. So, we are now at $800 a far cry from a couple hundred of dollars. Two months later my septic tank is overflowing again and we call wilson's to come back out. This time he tells me the switch is not getting power and I have to call an electrician. I am now in suspicion of his abilities and go home to look at the situation. I looked at the GFCI receptacle about 15 feet down from the switch and notice it needs to be reset. After I reset the GFCI, the switch now has power. My wife calls Mr. Wilson and he comes out to see this switch and says he didn't think the switch was coming off that and on the phone my wife said he didn't understand what a gfci receptacle was and wanted me to show him. Mr. Wilson and I had a very long conversation after that about things not related to the septic and I do have to say he is a very nice old man. Then after an hour of shooting the breeze he tells me that will be a $150 because he drives a diesel pickup and he came out four times to figure out what happened. He lives 10 miles away from my house! Two days later I go back outside and my septic is backed up again! Needless to say I am not calling Wilson's to come back out here and have to start this process all over again only this time I'm down almost a thousand dollars.
