TrailersPlus West Memphis

We have tried twice (including today) to purchase a cargo trailer from TrailersPlus. The first time, several months ago, we would have purchased a 6x12 cargo trailer on the spot. Upon negotiating the price, we were told there would be an additional 4% charge to purchase it with our American Express Card as that was what it costs them to accept it. NO WHERE on their website did they advertise any additional fees to use your credit card eventhough they say they accept AMEX, VISA and other credit cards. Today, we tried once again. They only had one person working and he told us to come back in an hour because he was taking care of another customer. He told another gentleman the same thing. We came back in an hour and found him to be with another customer (the same gentleman that was waiting before we left). Once again, he didn't have the time. Both the gentleman he was taking care and ourselves told him we had called and left messages to get quotes. He said we could see how busy he was and that's why he couldn't return phone calls. We left our phone number with him and still have received no return call. It's a very poor way to do business and this was our last trip to TrailersPlus. We will not purchase a trailer from them.
