The Tub Pros offers Bathtub and Tile refinishing along with refinishing Cultured Marble Jacuzzis and vanities. We have 9 Highly trained employees and have been servicing this area for over 18 years. We believe in customer satisfaction. We accept Cash, Credit cards and Paypal. Currently we are offering a basic Tub refinish with Non-Skid for only $350.00 for our Angie's list customers. That is normally a ( $400.00) value. Price does not include stripping of old refinish if needed. That is $125.00 additional cost.

We refinish Bathtubs and Tile to look like new. We also can refinish damaged or out dated Cultured Marble Jacuzzis and Vanities. Old, dated Cultured Marble can me made to look like Granite for that current look wanted. Refinishing existing kitchen countertops to look like granite is a service we offer too. We can repair chips or cracks in tubs. These options are a way to save thousands over tear out and replacing and most of the time can be finished the same day.

Horrible service.. would not honor warranty.. Did not ever give me a receipt or warranty information.. had to ask for it to be emailed the following day.Let tub dry for 2 days.. Caulk hanging off edge of tub.. we removed and were going to redo caulk because of sloppy job .. peeled paint off with caulk.. they also left a huge blotch of paint on tub mixed with rust.. have photos. My daughter took a bath tonight for the first time in 2 days and said the bottom of tub was rough. On top of that.. tech left his paint sprayer over here freaked out.. called once to say he would be over.. I had layed down for nap.. walked in my house without permission to get sprayer.. cell phone charger brand new right inside door turned up missing. Owner said he would get me another charger and have worker apologize for lie he gave telling me my husband let him in the house when he was really at the doctor.. no one let him in .. he came in on his own..filed police report for entering without permission but never heard from him... filed report with BBB.. Waiting to hear back now..$400 and I have to go through this.. just unreal! Highly advising you do not deal with this father son owned company who is out for your money and does not know anything about customer service!

I have call the manager three times. He promised to check on everything and call me back with a remedy. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY CALL BACKS OR REMEDIES!!!
"The Tub Pros completed the work at Mrs. [Member Name Removed]'s home as a sub-contractor for Bathtub Refinishing Memphis. We did not price the work nor did we speak with the customer prior to the time of arrival at her home. We were instructed per the work order that we received, to refinish her tub in white, which is also on the invoice. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] told our technician that she wanted him to try to match the color of the other cultured marble in her bathroom. We sent another tech to her home to bring more almond so he could tint to her liking. Mrs. Patrick’s son and daughter were present during the time our technician tried to match the color, and were all in agreeance when the color was chosen. The invoice states that “the color may not match”, as the cultured marble is swirled there is no way to match it. We have only spoken to Mrs. [Member Name Removed] once since the job was completed. At that time she informed us that there was a small amount of overspray on her cabinets. We were under the understanding that Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was going to call our office to schedule a time for us to come out and take a look to see how the situation needed to be handled. This is the first time we have heard of the matter since. Bathtub Refinishing Memphis contacted us needing a copy of the invoice as they were speaking with Mrs. [Member Name Removed] The manager that Mrs. [Member Name Removed] spoke with would have had to have been from Bathtub Refinishing Memphis, which is the company that contracted the job. The Tub Pros would be more than happy to come out and re-caulk and remove the overspray from the cabinets, as we strive our hardest to make our customers happy. The Tub Pros in no way would neglect any issue that a customer has with our company. Please advise us how we can help with this matter, as we would like to make this right for Mrs. [Member Name Removed]"
"We hate that this customer had a problem with our company. We strive hard to make all customers happy under any circumstance. Our reviews reflect that our company is Highly reputable. The trouble this customer says she had is unfortunate but during that time we did have an employee that was trying to sabotage us and was fired immediately upon us recognizing this. He went in business for himself locally the next day and was obviously planning to do so for awhile. He gave his phone number out for customers to call him directly if they had a problem unknowing to us. We our truly sorry that this occurred and we will take care of any unhappy customers including Ms. [Member name removed]. I requested a quote on Angies List and was promptly contacted by the owner, Barry. Note, this was during the holidays. I wasn't even expecting a response until after the New Year. Barry came to my home and was very professional and provided all of the details of how this would only take a day and a half. Just amazing. There are processes where the primer needs to dry, cure, etc before the actual finish is applied. The two man crew started the job on a Friday and they were finished up by lunch on Monday. The crew cleaned up each day and were very polite.
Great Experience, Great Service and no more Ugly Pink Bathroom. Save yourself the $$$$$ on replacing and renovate.
