Kevin, owner of Creative Spaces did a super, fabulous, awesome, back yard renovation for our home in Northwest Arkansas. Creative spaces is the perfect name for this business. We contacted another major company and Kevins vision for what was possible exceed anything we could imagine and far surpassed what the other company proposed. Kevins vision included a concrete patio extension with steps, curved pathways, river rocks, retaining wall, boulders, plantings (tress, blooming budhes) and a pergola, with electrical outlets and curtains for decoration and privacy, to house a jacuzzi. He ensured our design was beautiful, relaxing, and low maintenance . He transformed our existing back porch by replacing the vertices wood spindles/railings with cable-like wire running horizontally and staining it a rich color. It looks like a totally new porch and now has a fresh modern feel. Furthermore, his cost was 10k less than the other company and included much more!!!! He excelled in every area including, quality, timeliness, communication, design, install, and professionalism . There were no complications or problems. Kevins oversight and management of the project was second to none. Kevin takes extreme pride in his work. Finding a company that is honest, dependable, professional, and excellent is hard to come by these days. The project totally transformed our backyard into a resort-like getaway! Kevin also did a refresh of our front yard landscaping. Every time we go outside it feels like we are on vacation! It is by far the best investment we have made in our home, and hiring Creative Spaces was the best decision!!! Whether you are looking to have a large or small job completed, Creative Spaces is the company to hire! You will not be disappointed!

Not good.

They brought in topsoil and seeded our entire front lawn and fertilized it. We had had many problems in getting grass to grow. They cut some of our lower limbs on multiple trees because it was very shaded. They cleaned out all of our garden areas and mulched everything just as I wanted it. They worked very hard until it was finished to our satisfaction. All the guys were extremely nice and considerate and did exactly what we asked. The price was quite reasonable. Kevin was great to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend them.

Kevin and his team were attentive to every need. I m not the easiest person to please as I work hard for my money, so expectations come from me spending it. Creative Spaces exceeded every one of them. They know how to make a yard look good!

Kevin and his team built a beautiful privacy fence for me that matched perfectly to my neighbors which was exactly what I wanted. They worked super quick and did an outstanding job, I would definitely hire them again for other projects.

Fantastic work! Kevin was super responsive and put us in contact with Bare Root Contracting who did an awesome job. They responded to an emergency request, came out, and solved the problem within an hour! Definitely recommend.

Our backyard was a mess of dirt and almost no grass. We needed a lot of topsoil and fescue sod installed. Kevin did an amazing job. We contracted for this same job a year ago and got ripped off by a dishonest person who took our money and never came back. It was so wonderful to work with someone with honesty and integrity and have the work done so professionally and timely. I would give Kevin and his company 10 stars if they had that option available. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Kevin and his crew got to work right away and completely transformed my backyard into a beautiful space. He put in several large river rock beds to deal with the runoff, which were attractive by themselves and also added trees and flowering shrubs to another bed in front of a previously long boring fence. He redirected storm water runoff into the rock beds including those from downspouts. He sodded the rest with zoysia grass. A beautiful patio using tumbled pavers was created below our stairs leading up to our deck, and a bed was created at the end of the patio to really set it off. The end result transformed a muddy mess into a lovely natural looking garden and lawn. Kevin and his crew worked hard and had it all done in a week. They were pleasant and respectful of our home and our dogs. Kevin listened to my concerns and preferences. My husband and I are delighted with our new backyard. I highly recommend this business.

Because of years of neglect, as well as two large dogs, our yard looked awful! There were large patches of dry dirt where grass should have been which contributed to an annoying amount of dust and dirt entering the house. There was no landscaping whatsoever except for the weeds that I kept at bay through mowing. Years of erosion had eaten away the side yard leaving a large gully that left it impossible to mow. And water pooled in the driveway bringing with it inches of mud every time it rained. I called Kevin and asked him to "do something"! I gave him free rein to do as he pleased; my only request was that the yard be low maintenance and dog friendly (no sharp edged rocks). Kevin installed a french drain which, aside from being practically invisible, rectified the pooling water in the driveway. He partially rocked the side yard with small boulders (to act as a water diversion), river rock (to fill in the erosion which had already taken place) and pretty water garden plants for aesthetics. My front yard is a showcase of river rock with a variety of indigenous plants specific to the sun/shade lighting of the yard. After only three weeks all of the plants have acclimated and are showing signs of new growth. Kevin also fertilized and planted grass seed which has rooted and grown. I now have a beautiful carpet of green lawn. However, the focal point of the yard, as well as my pride and joy, is a beautiful Japanese Maple tree which graces the walkway leading to the front door. I am so happy with Kevin's work! Kevin returned today to check on everything and to make sure all was happy and healthy. It is. E. Janet Adair

Did a great job on installing rock retaining wall.

Kevin was great about contacting us quickly and coming by to give us a proposal. We appreciated his expertise and suggestions helping us decide what we needed for a low maintenance yard. Love the work he and his crew did and did quickly. We would definitely recommend as he and his crew were thorough and fast. And we liked his fair proposal of cost, including trees and labor.

My expectations were so far exceeded that I am still amazed. These are the smartest most professional and talented group of individuals I have employed in many years. Kevin's ideas were so perfect for our yard and the timely execution impressed us greatly. I had no idea where to start and Kevin took gentle charge and literally changed our world! They are always there when they say and do not stop until the job is done. I highly recommend this company.

Kevin and his crew did a wonderful job on our new landscape. He did exactly what he promised and with a positive attitude, which seems to be a rarity these days. Their work was affordable and of good quality.
