Randy Barnett

I was given Randy's name as an excellent contractor to talk to about remodeling a home I was looking at buying in Waldron. My agent showed me another house that he had already completed work on and I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship shown. I called Randy and when he returned my call he explained that he was very busy and backed up atm. He wasn't taking any new jobs till he was caught up, which would probably be 2-3 months down the road. However he knew the house in question as he had looked it over for someone else and he gave me some history on it and his opinion of it's condition. He was very professional and frank about the work the house would need. As the amount of the work needed on the home was going to be more than I felt the house would be worth I ended up not purchasing it.
