WILSON'S HEATING & AIR COND

Early Sunday morning the air conditioner quit working Monday morning I removed the start/run capacitor and took it to Wilson's as I had no way to check it. They checked and found it to be bad. There was no readable information on the old capacitor, but due to good records, Wilson's was able to determine the exact part I needed, had it in stock so I was able to get what i needed all in one trip. Installed the new part, hooked all the wiring back up, set the thermostat to 74 degrees and walah, the old unit started right up blowing cold air. Thanks for quick, courteous and professional service. You guys are the best!!!

So it was Greg again this time, and I was glad to see him. I know his work is always going to be good and efficient. But I have also had Wilson's out two times in the last six months that I have not commented on here, each of those times was with other technicians than Greg, but the work was still done quickly and professionally by the other guys as well. I call Wilson' s for all the hvac repair needs at my business. I have to have people who are timely and whom I can trust...

This is actually the second time Greg from Wilson's Heating and Air has
been at StoneWind to work on our ACs (we have 11 units among all our
cabins). Each time he has been very competent and professional. This
time he refilled the freon on an old unit that we are not ready to
replace and recommended an additive we could use next time to plug the
leaks. The company who did this for me last year charged me $450 and
told me I had to have a new $4500 unit, but that I could deduct the cost
of the service charge from the price of the new one. Thanks but no
thanks. Greg and Wilson's did not try to hussle me.
What I really like about Wilson's, and about Greg who is the repairman I have seen twice,
is that they are honest. They fix what's broken and don't try to gouge or
lie to get you to spend more money. In time I will replace the unit he fixed today, as well as others at the cabins. Wilson's will be the company I call to do it. In the meantime, I call them for all of our units as we need assistance. It is a relief to know a reliable, available, ethical HVAC company.

They cleaned and performed basic maintenance on my ac unit. I had to pay a little extra because they had to refill my freon.

I could hear water leaking beneath our central air unit. Greg from Wilson's Heating and Air came out as scheduled, on time, and only needed a few minutes to figure out the problem. Within less than an hour, he had cleaned out the drain line - which was clogged with leaves, etc. - and the drain pan and evap. coils, which also had dead leaves and cut grass on them. Greg was polite, professional, and seemed to really know his stuff. And I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was only 80.00 + tax. I will definitely call them again, and have recommended Wilson's to others.
