"We try to meet all the demands as best we can, in this particular instance we called several times and we were informed he didn't have the money at that time. When he finally called back he insisted we could only come on Monday and at the time we were swamped so this may be a problem that just could not be avoided and we certainly gave it a shot. Really sorry to disappoint but some demands just can't be met."

"I do not understand this post. After the job, the homeowner came outside and inspected our work and was very pleased. We also power washed her driveway and her sidewalk for no extra cost and she let us know how much better it looked and how much she appreciated our work and kindness. I did call her after this posting and ask her why she did not notify us if there was a problem. I informed her that we would have returned to see what she felt that we had damaged. She stated that she didn't think we would fix the damage. I did ask her about the supposed damaged and she stated it was an area above her garage. This area was done at least 10 feet away with a 4 ft wand on very low pressure because we noticed that she had paint peeling off of her garage door fascia boards and did not want to cause further damage. If siding was "knocked off" we would have noticed it and we would have fixed it ourselves, if possible, or called someone if we were unable to. We take great pride in our work and we make sure our clients are happy before we leave. So, needless to say, we were very shocked at this posting. A call to us one have been the appropriate way to handle this situation but we were not contacted."
