Alice Medlock has a good personality and is well connected in the area.

"I listed this consumers property and listed at the price the Seller insisted on and I feel I gave 110% to get it sold, with numerous open houses, advertised in the trade magazines every month, got the seller a live TV interview and home exposure, but there was nothing I could do to overcome potential buyers objections. The home had fallen in value from the time it was purchased and was overpriced from the start as to what the market would bear. I'm disappointed that I did not live up to the Seller's expectations, but the objections I heard from the buyers , such as driveway concerns, land was too rocky and steep, were not things I could change. The only thing that would have brought a sold sign was reduce the price and seller was not willing ."
