We advertised for a roofing repair job in exchange for deed to 4 acres of property we owned. Mr. Graham, plus 2 more contractors contacted us, physically evaluated the job and the property for exchange. He was not our first choice. However, our first choice couldn't seem to keep any following deadlines, and the day he was to start, he was a no show. At this time we hired Mr. Graham. This was a Friday, and he was on the roof beginning the job at 6:30 a.m. the following Monday. The job was done in 3 days. We were satisfied with the job he performed, and signed over the deed to the four acres.
