Our technicians have degrees and certifications specific to networking, surveillance/CCTV, Windows servers, and many other qualifications. In-Shop labor rates start at $29.99 for diagnostics, $69.99 for major virus cleanup, and our rates go up to a maximum of $99.99 for a complete wipe and reinstall, including loading software and drivers, backing up data, and making sure your system works like you want it. We never double charge or stack rates, you get a single flat rate (maxing out at $99.99) for everything you want done, and we have fair retail pricing on parts. Diagnostics charges are waived if you want your system repaired. Much of our work comes from small to medium size businesses, where we manage physical and virtual servers, set up networks, and do standard break-fix repairs. We bill $89.99 per hour flat for on-site repairs to any business or home. We have a brick-and-mortar store and are happy to have end-users bring their systems in, come in and browse for parts, or have a system custom built for your needs. Express or emergency labor is available. On-site labor is always "express" as we are yours when we come onsite, if you want something done express in-shop, it's only 1.5x labor rate and we'll start immediately! We have a queue system, you bring your system in, it gets checked into the queue, and we work on it when it's number comes up. Typical turn-around time is 24-72 hours, depending on how busy we are. Typical turn-around time for on-site appointments is usually 1-2 hours.
