It's been years since I've been there, I don't have a dog anymore. My family uses them. My boxer got a blood clot in his lung. I carried him down there and he did everything that he could. That was the last one for me.
He's very, very, he's real dry. When you go in it's strictly business. There's no chit chat. His wife will talk to you but he's strictly business.
His personality is different. When you first go in you might not know how he is by talking to him. He's a lot nicer person than you might think from talking to him.
