+ -1 moreThey do an inspection once a year and if they find any activity, then they'll treat the area. Our experience with them has been okay. I think, they used to be better than they are now. It's expensive but I think it's necessary and they do a pretty good job. They don't call us before they come and I don't like that.
Description of Work: We have a contract with Orkin Pest Controlf for termites control.
