Enviro-Care

Following a refrigerator leak, damage to my flooring and mold formation, I contacted Danny Tilley with Enviro Care for an estimate. He came to my house at the exact time agreed to and did a through inspection of my house, AC/heater equipment and ductwork in the attic. He found some mold growing inside the coils and recommended it be cleaned. I talked to him at length about what he would do and how he would do it. I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. In the conversations, I found out he was also licensed for HVAC work. Through our discussion he let me know of some technology to prevent natural (in air) mold formation in HVAC systems. He sent me a quote that was very competitive. So we setup a cleaning date. That date arrived and he and his son were here from 8:30 am till about 6 pm. Every attention to detail was followed, from arriving at the exact agreed upon time, explaining the process as they went along, ensuring they were not tracking in anything from outside on my new floors and cleaning up the work area afterwards. He also suggested that I put a condensation pan overflow level detector in the system to make sure the unit trips if the condensation line ever stops up (which I had happen a couple of times). He installed that device and piping for the material cost while he was here. They performed flawlessly and I could not be happier with their service and installation of the UV lighting to prevent future mold growth. However, as usual, the temperatures dipped and my heater came on that night and tried to run. But the gas valve wouldn't open to allow gas flow. I called Danny that next morning and he came out to check on it even though he didn't work on that side of the system. He determined the gas valve was bad but couldn't figure out how what he was working on could have caused a problem. He got a new gas valve and replaced it and it is working like a top now. I tried to pay him for his service and valve cost but he would not allow me to do that since it failed while he was working on the system. I felt like at least I should pay for the valve if not the time to replace it. I explained I didn't think that was fair to him but he insisted in me not paying for the valve or service. Where in the world do you find an honest and more polite individual than Danny Tilley. If you need HVAC work, duct cleaning or installation of UV lighting please give him a call. This is one of the individuals you will never regret using for your service.

It was outstanding. The owner of the company did the work. He is one of the few people in our area that are accredited. He keeps his word and is very honest. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend him in the future.
