He is doing a very good job. All the bidding I have got from him is based on the job and not necessarily on the hours spent. He is building an outdoor fireplace for me that’s going to be pretty nice for $5,000. The price I found is very competitive. His responsiveness, quality and attention to detail have been very, very good.
