Each time I call, he responds quickly and schedules time to take a look at the problem. The second time he came, in January 2014, he needed a part to make the repair but was able to apply a short term fix so that I could use the door. This was very good because it was in the midst of a cold winter and I like to use my garage when it is that cold.
