He is very thorough, very easy to work with. I recommend him. He is reasonable. The recommendations, the references he gave me before I hired him, said that he was a very hard worker, very honest. I didn't have any complaints about him, he did a great job.
He was very meticulous in his work. He just seemed like he wanted to make sure everything was just right. I was pleased. He wasn't the kind of guy that would say, okay, it's 5:00 I am done for the day. If he was in the middle of something, he would finish it, come to a stopping place. I was impressed by that. He wasn't afraid to stay late and make sure I was happy with what was done that day. He was very flexible with his work hours. He was customer oriented. He wanted to make sure that I was happy.
I had actually priced a lot of kitchen cabinets and what he did was order his cabinets through a place where they were not assembled and he saved his customers a lot of money by assembling them himself. That's a part of him being customer oriented. It was a very good quality cabinet and he had used them before.
Sometimes he didn't always show up when he said he was going to but I think part of that was that he had to stop and get materials or he may have gotten phone calls. That wasn't an issue with me, that is just normal business, but I think that he made up for it by staying later and getting finished.
