ARKANSAS VINYL WINDOWS

On September the 12th we hired Andy Limber of Arkansas to put a metal roof on our house and shop, one of the reasons we went with Andy was he agreed he would start within two weeks after completing a job he said he was on at a local retirement center, he requested half the money up front to order the material with, We gave him $4450. witht the remainder to be paid upon completion. three week passed and we had heard nothing from him after numerious calls we finally heard from his wife, she said his van had broke ,down and threw him a week behind and he should be out in a few days. several days passed and he never showed up and never called with a reason. after numerious calls his wife finally called back and said he was on a job in Beebe ar. and upon completion in a couple days he would start on our house. several days passed over a week and he still hasn't started or called after numerious days of calling his wife finally called us back and said he was on a job in bradford ar and would start on ours after that and she didn't know how long it would be. After I threatened a law suite she said Andy would be by the next morning to talk to us. He came by and assured us he would start our house sometime the next week. he assured me he would call me in a couple days to update me as to the excact day. we never got the call. After numerious calls he finally called and said he would be here the next morning. He showed uyp the next morning 7 weeks late from our original date, After the first day I noticed after he left that he had put in the transition pieces wrong the carrys the water from the main roof to on top of the hip roof, hed had the under the meetal on the hip roof. I having spent a couple years roofing in my youth knew he had them in wrong. the rest transpired as mentioned above. as of now 11/18 he still hasn't finished the garage, refunded any of my money or called. avoid this man like the plague, he is very inconsiderate and in my oppinion he don't know what he's doing when it comes to roofing.
