I called Mr. Barnes on 3/15/13 and asked him for an estimate on
replacing my exterior central unit. He arrived on Monday as agreed upon.
He said he would call me with an estimate. After repeated attempts to
contact him, I spoke to him and was told he would fax me an estimate. I
attempted to call him 2 more times, leaving a message once. After 2
weeks I feel compelled to go with someone else.

Excellent!!! It would be a better world for all of us if all contractors would adhere to Mr. Barnes level of ethics and professionalism. I simply cannot say enough good things about the work. Since the system is now a few years old, we've had to have a few minor repairs. Mr. Barnes has ALWAYS responded to our requests for repair service in the same quick and reliable manner as he did in the original installation.

Mr. Barnes and his associaties performed professionally during all phases of the job. He started and completed the installation during the agreed upon timeframe. There was no trash or clutter left for me to have to clean up. We've had a couple of problems with the unit itselt but Mr. Barnes has always perfromed the repairs services quickly and correctly. There simply aren't enough good things I can say about my experience with this company. If I should ever need a new unit, Mr. Barnes will definitely be the first person I'll call.
