They were working in the attic on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year. I told them I was not in a hurry to get it done and they were more than welcome to return in the morning when it would be cooler. They persevered and continued to work until they got the attic work done. Very determined, the job was less than the estimate, in this day and time, that doesn't happen. Will always recommend Johnson Plumbing anytime I hear of someone needing a plumber.

First off he charged us 700 just to put in new float and other stuff behind toilet.   He got out to our house and refused to fix float without doing some other work that was not broken.   So I would have been stuck with service call.  He had worked for us before.   When he showed at the door I should have sent him on his way once I recognized him.

Great - he found the problem, ordered a water heater that would work well in a difficult spot and came the next day to install it.

My water heater went out and I absolutely had to get it replaced. This company has been in town for a really long time. They came out and first had me sign that thier prices would probably be higher than others in the area. The plumber that came out was fine. Everytime I would run water, the water heater would make a high pitch sound. THey came to look at it and changed some things. It still continued. I called out another plumber to get a second opinion. That plumber told me how to fix it. I called Johnsons back to have them come fix it. They changed it and it still continued. They said it was something that was under the house. It turns out they were correct. I called them to let them know I did not want them any longer. They were very rude to me. After getting other estimates for the work I found out that I was actually overcharged by about 300.00-400.00.

Prompt, seemed professional - but then I know nothing of plumbling.  Replaced garbage disposal and put spray hose behind the garbage disposal in such a way that I can't pull out the spray hose on top except maybe 6 inches.  I don't use the hose that much,  so I didn't  notice it right away.  BUT a PROFESSIONAL should have known better.  Now I will have to hire someone else to come in, remove garbage disposal, untangle spray hose, and put garbage disposal back.  Toilet leakage seemed better at first, but sometimes each one of them has a small leak.  I don't know if this is their fault or if the main metal piece the toilet sits on is just too messed up.  The cost SEEMED high, but my fault I didn't check around.  Just used yellow pages and their claim to be well rated by customers in NWA.

I wish I would have check here before I hired them!!! I think they took advantage of a single mother who didnt know a thing about plumbing. The service man was there about 20 minutes total. He charged me $300 for a flange (which I didnt know only cost about $30 at Home Depot) and $175 for Labor. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. It all started with a broken disposal, or I thought it was a broken disposal. The plumber came out and showed me how to use a wrench on a socket at the bottom of the disposal to wrench the jammed disposal loose. While he was here, I mentioned that the water department had, a few weeks ago, put a notice in my door that I had a leak. However, the meter didn't appear to be registering water use. The plumber looked at the meter and pointed out a small triangle on the meter that was almost imperceptibly moving, thereby indicating a leak. I had been looking at the meter's numbers, which weren't moving at all. He and I went through the house, but couldn't find anything. He had to send out a special truck the next day, which arrived on time. That plumber had a water-leak finding mechanism of some kind. He found the leak---a plastic "T" junction that the original builder had installed. The plumber replaced it with a brass "T" junction.
