Brinker Heating and Cooling

Woke up to a house at 59 degrees. Called and got an appointment the same day. Technician was very friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown surface igniter. Had it fixed in about fifteen minutes. Very quick and friendly service. I have used Brinker several times for AC and hear repairs. Very trustworthy.

He did a great job and gave me information on how to fix it next time. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them.

We called them and they came out and checked out everything. They basically said that we had a breaker that was too small and that was why the breaker was popping. They put in a larger breaker and fixed the problem. It was a very simple solution. We would have had to spend several thousand dollars. We were very pleased. They handled it very professionally. They checked every part and solved the problem.

They do what they say they are going to do. It works out well for me. They are very honest and punctual. I would use them again if needed.

From beginning to end the installation went great. No poblems so all we can say is call Brinker Heating and Cooling. Whatever system you get just make sure your installaler knows what he is doing.

I called Brinker H and C because my cooling unit seemed to be louder than normal and wasn't keep the house cool enough. He arrived the next day and checked Blower compartment and R22. He washed the condenser and suggested I add some turbines on my roof. I have used Brinker before and have always been happy with his service and cost. He has never, to my knowledge, charged me for something I did not need.

My first mistake was calling the number on the sticker on the front of the unit-- always check here first, or ask a friend! Brinker came out after a couple of days of persistent calling. The repairman was very nice and attempted to explain the problem in detail. A wheel in the unit was rusted, almost to the point of seizing up, so he replaced it pretty quickly and at a reasonable cost. So far, so good... Less than 24 hours of the repair, the furnace began making a terrible screeching noise. I called them back, said something wasn't right, and they sent a fellow the next day. This is when he (same repairman as before) decided that our thermostat wasn't suited for our unit ($30 t'stat + $60 labor to install it) and informed us that the noise was completely unrelated from the issue THE DAY BEFORE. Right. And he left behind another invoice for $125. We'll never use those guys again-- and I suggest you don't, either.
