Real Estate Service, Home Inspection
In my opinion, Mr. Chambers was over the top in doing his job as a home inspector. The report was littered with several phrases such as "it is not possible to determine", "there appear to be", "it appears", "inspector was unable to determine", etc...My first thought when I read this was Mr. Chambers did one heck of a job of CYA! I completely understand that my home is 22 years old and needs some work, but to issue a report to prosepctive buyers with several hypotheticals was just plain sloppy and on the verge of incompetence! As I went through the report I did see some things that were accurate, but other parts clearly were just plain false! Not only did I lose the sale of my home (which I have worked extremely h****** for 6 years), but I got another offer a few days later and the new buyers got a hold of the report. Guess what happended to that contract?
