The counter attendant took the time to explain all of my tire options and prices and helped me choose the perfect tire that fit my needs for both price and performance. Although it was an off-brand tire he knew who the actual manufacturer was (Michelin). They immediately took my car into one of the bays and went to work. I had priced the same tire at several big chain discount tire shops in Texarkana and Texarkana Tire and Wheel's price was substantially lower.
The new tires were mounted and balanced within 20 minutes.
From there they put my car on the laser alignment rack, aligned my wheels, took it for a test drive then put it back on the rack and tweaked the alignment in to perfection. This process took about another 30 minutes and their price for a four wheel alignment was at or below the price at other local shops.
 
I was very pleased with the results all the way around. I got the best available price, The most carefully performed alignment I have ever seen and a set of tires I am very pleased with. The staff and workers were friendly, pleasant and actually seemed to enjoy providing me with their service.
 
In the interest of honesty, this is actually the fourth set of tires I have purchased from them for all the reasons above. I have referred several friends and family members and will continue to do so. It is a 35 mile drive from my home to their shop and worth every minute of the drive. I won't consider doing business anywhere else.
