Description of Work: 1The arranged time of pick up of my TV I live approx. 65 miles away and |these people are honest, and I felt very good leaving my TV with them, as have used them before. He called me when it was repaired very pleased it is still working just wonderfully. We again set a time and date and they were there.

 + -1 moreI took my 50 inch plazma television in for repair. They handled the repair in a timely maner and for a very resonable price. The labor was warrantied for 30 days and the parts had a warranty as well. I would say overall my experience was excellent. The only recomendation I have is that they offer a pick up service ( for a price of course ). My tv is large, glass and very heavy. It was difficult for me to get it to them. They did let me borrow a wheeled tv caddy for me to get it back into my house which saved me, my daughter who helped me and my television.
Description of Work: They repaired my 50 inch plasma televsion. They replaced some parts inside the tv. It worked well when I picked it up.

 + -1 moreBrought the TV in on 5-15-09 and it was ready two days later. As I could not pick it up on that date, they called indicating the repair was complete and included the cost in their call.
Description of Work: TV went out and called around for repair estimates. Other shops either did not want to work on an older (10 years) TV or could not guarantee the parts used in the repair. I asked if they would call if the repair was over $150.00 and they said that was their usual procedure.
