The main drain from my house gets plugged by roots every 2 yrs or so. Not much warning and so it's always an emergency. Bo is always able to get here the same day. This last time the drain plugged again 2 days later and he was back to clear the problem with no charge. He may not be the fanciest one out there but the price and service is very good.
