Excellent! You'll have NO regrets if you depend on Steve Atwell to find you the perfect home or to sell your home. He loves what he does and has outstanding knowledge of the real estate market in NW Arkansas.

We had a great experience with Buyer’s First Realty. He was helpful and knowledgeable. They did a good job. He didn’t have the house listed, but he helped me with the process. He did everything that he needed to do. He was prompt and knowledgeable as well.

I contacted Steve about being our buyer's agent because of a recommendation from the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. They said he was no longer a member of the association, but other buyers reported having good experiences working with him.
My wife and I had seen a property that required an appointment to view and I ask if Steve could arrange this for us. Two days later we were looking at the property and in another two days we had made an offer. All thought the experience from see the house and property to the closing Steve was there to help my wife and I and to give us sound advice. While I could tell Steve made sure to let me and my wife make our own decisions, he would give advice while never seeming to mind questions. The whole process moved at a speed my wife and I was comfortable with and Steve was always available to answer and e-mail or a phone call.
It will be quite awhile before my wife and I need another house, but when or if we do, Steve will be the first person we call.
My wife's mother is planing to move to this location and I have already told her it would be a mistake to not use Steve's services.
