Your Choice Services LLC

My wedding was approaching and I broke my collar bone. I requested assistance from Choice Services to clean for the wedding and impending guest arrival.  The owner, Rhonda came and stayed helping me for 6 hrs.  Everything she was asked to, she did, and did well. And she even cleaned things I never thought to ask for like the light covers and trash cans.  It all was a huge help.

Your Choice Services LLC does home cleaning and brushhogging (mowing with a tractor).  I believe the owner's name is Rhonda Hoffman and her husband's name is Timothy Payne.  Mr. Payne does brushhogging and yardwork for Your Choice Services LLC. You can reach Mr. Payne at 479-871-1300.  I had Your Choice Services LLC do work for me on a couple of other occasions and had no complaint about the work. The address where I have sent checks for work on previous occasions  is PO Box 891, Springdale, AR  72765, the address listed on the website for Your Choice Services LLC.  Mr. Payne assured me they had insurance through the company Your Choice Services LLC.  I met Mr. Payne and Ms. Hoffman when they cleaned out a house I purchased, and it was then that they gave me their business card for Your Choice Services LLC and offered to do cleaning and brushogging and other light yard work in the future.  Mr. Payne does the brushhogging for the company.  Mr. Payne quoted me a price of $250 to do some brushhogging at my house. He brought his tractor out but it lost a part, at least that is what he told me. He asked me if  I would pay him in advance (the full $250) because he said he needed the money to fix his tractor so he could do the work.  I paid him the $250.00 in advance as requested. A few days later he removed his tractor without doing the work.  I called and texted and emailed several times.  At first he said he would do it in  7 days, then he said he was sick.  He has stopped responding to calls and texts.  It appears that when I dial from my phone number to either his number or his wife's number he doesn't answer.  I had someone else try calling the phone number for Your Choice Services LLC and the person who answered said she was Rhonda Hoffman answered.  My friend asked if this was Your Choice Services LLC and Ms. Hoffman replied yes.  Then my friend asked to speak to Mr. Payne about brushhogging and Ms. Hoffman immediately put Mr. Payne on the phone, she spoke to him about his prices and hung up.  Immediately after that I tried to call  from my phone, I tried both the numbers for Mr. Payne and Ms. Hoffman and nobody would answer. Apparently they intend to keep my $250, not do the work, and not return my calls.  Other contact information I have obtained from the Secretary of State shows the Registered agent for this company is Rhonda L. Hoffman and the address listed in 17804 Harmon Road, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
