The machine was delivered when specified, but I found that the foot controls were too hard for me to operate. They seemed harder for me than previous rentals. They had also sent a machine with a loading bucket, not a digging bucket as I had requested. That was not a big problem since I could use either style. I mentioned the bucket error to the driver that delivered it. When I called the office about the difficult controls, they mentioned that the driver had reported the error. They volunteered to bring out a new bucket and replace it. They then called back and asked if I would like a different machine with "Pilot controls"....two joysticks instead of foot controls. I agreed. They sent out a new machine, did NOT charge me for the 4 hours I used the first machine, allowed me a full 40 hours on the new machine, and ex.tended my rental period for a day! THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS EXTRAORDINARY! Their rental prices are lower than most commpanies near here.
