They were all right; they weren’t all A’s. They fixed the problem but I didn’t know the problem was going to cost me that much. However, it would have been that much anywhere else. They told me they got the wrong part in. They told me they will call me back in a week but they didn’t. So I gave them a week and a half and I called them. They said, that they were still waiting on the part to come in, but that is most car shops I guess. I wouldn't say their service was the best. They did the job that they said they were going to do but the length of time wasn’t what they said it was going to be. I would probably shop around more before I would use them again.

Brought vehicle in for tune up, transmission service, and carburetor work.  I chose Twin Automotive over another location because they told me they would be able to work on the carburetor. After performing the tune up and transmission service (and taking longer to complete than promised) I was presented a bill and told that they could not work on the carburetor.  They knew exactly what they were dealing with when I arranged to bring the vehicle in.  I would have taken it somewhere else where I could have had all the repairs done.  My take on the situation is that they just wanted it out of the shop.
